Our services
Every day we provide a whole range of services related to steel processing – from purchasing and design to cutting, milling and welding. We not only create elements of larger structures, but also have our own design facilities. Thanks to this, we understand that every stage of production is extremely important and we also care about those aspects of production that are invisible.
PRECISE HOLES
Boring, Milling, Turning
We have advanced boring machines that enable precise machining of large structural elements. Thanks to our CNC technology, we are able to carry out complex projects with the accuracy required by our customers.
– Turning elements up to 3 metres long and max. diameter of 630 mm
– Milling, max. dimensions 2000 mm x 2000 mm x 1600 mm

Welding
Our welding services include both manual and automated welding, carried out using a Fanuc welding robot. This allows us to create high-quality welds, even in the case of complex constructions. We use a variety of welding methods, including MIG/MAG, TIG and submerged arc welding.
– Welding dimensions 2.5 m x 2.5 m x 16 m, max. weight 15 t
– Possibility of welding lattice structures up to 16 m and weighing up to 15 t
– Welding of closed profiles such as girders, poles, etc. from C-sections from 100 to 300 mm and lengths up to 12 metres – submerged arc welding with a welding current of up to 1000 A

Cutting
At SAG Sp. z o.o., we offer laser, plasma and gas cutting services. Our laser cutting machines ensure precise cutting of complex shapes, while plasma and gas cutting is ideal for processing thicker materials. Thanks to our modern equipment, we are able to carry out projects on sheets of various thicknesses and sizes.
– Gas and plasma cutting of parts from 2m x 6m sheets and max. thickness 150mm
– Laser cutting of details from 1.5m x 3m sheets with a thickness of 0.5mm to 20mm.
