On 01.03.2017 SAG Sp. z o.o. entered the Agency-Distribution Agreement with the Italian company Redaelli Tecna S.p.A. with its registered office in Milan, concerning sales by SAG of the steel ropes manufactured by Redaelli in the area of Poland.
Redaelli was founded in 1819. The company offers steel wire ropes with a wide range of applications, including: aerial cableways, offshore, shipyards, cranes, underground and surface mining, tensile structures (suspended bridges, roofs).
Among other things most of the cableways and ski lifts in the Alps use Redaelli ropes. Also the roof at the national stadium in Warsaw is suspended on Redaelli ropes and in 2013 Redaelli was listed in the Guiness Book of Records for the third time as the manufacturer of the heaviest rope in the world weighing this time 433 t.
